I See Red and Blurry

Do you know that juxtaposition means the act of positioning side by side or close together. Like, the juxtaposition of KLCC and my house had a cool effect; it looked like KLCC was just at my backyard. Juxtaposition. Sounds like a chemical compound to me. Well, a new word each day.

When I saw my eyes this morning, it was a little bit reddish. I had a panic attack. Why? I thought I had them eyes infection. Just like WW and PS are having now. But nahh, that was just my illusion. It was red but it had nothing to do with them viral infection and stuff. And no lens, just specs. I think I have to do an eye check up again. I think my left eye has a blurry vision. It gives me headache. I thought when I left university, my eye power will remain stagnant. Say my eye power does really increase, my 77 years stock of lens is just a waste. Not 77 years, just 7 months. I will organize a jumble sale then.

On a different note, have you watched WANTED? It is a cool movie. Go watch it. A little bit not logic but Transformers is not logic too, right? *rolling eyes*

Okay, I want to screw my lunch again today. Time to nap. Later.

Who Is The King Of The Europe?

Spain is crowned as the King of the Europe for the first time in 44 years. And who is the man? That would be Fernando Torres with his 33rd-minute solitary goal. Good enough. Good enough to break Germany’s heart at the end of 93-minute.

When Your Pray Is Not Answered

Don’t you hate it when you have to wake up in the middle of the night and spending the whole night staring at your ceiling? I mean, if you wake up at midnight, say, 12 am, it is still OK because you can call your friends and have a drink or two. Provided you do have friends who suffer the same fate. But, say you wake up at 3 am, and you have several hours more before you get ready to work. And you keep praying that you will go back to sleep, else work will be less productive in the morning, and you still cannot sleep. You have no car, so you can’t go anywhere at that hour. 24 hours mamak stall is a bit far from you, so you can’t walk there and join them watching football (plus if you wanna watch football, you can always switch on your telly anyways). So, basically there is nothing much you can do at that hour. You are in the middle of a no-man land. Don’t you hate it when you are trapped in that kind of situation. Sucks big time.

Since I didn’t have many choices, I decided to switch my own telly, checked out Ch.819 and Germany-Turkey match was in session. Gosh, I totally forgot about this match. How can I forget this interesting match? Well, not a breaking news, Germany made it to final (oooo… I can hear Dancing Queen’s cheers from here) after the late score from Lahm, which made the final result of 3-2. That was heart breaking. You won’t believe this but I actually had headache from 2nd-half onwards. Too much pressure. Like I’m the one who is playing. Hahaaa ! But really, no joke when I said I had headache. Both team fought well and I really thought they might play extra-time. That 90th-minute score was just……….. *sighs* Germany played at their best formation and the underdog Turk had outwitted the first half. It didn’t turn out like what I prayed. Let’s pray Russia will made it tomorrow morning. I want to see more of Arshavin’s works. He is an interesting player and fun to watch. As much as I like to see Milan Baros when he hit his best form in Euro 2004 back then.

I want to watch the replay now. It is good to be at home now; no work, no boss. Just me and my telly. And comforter of course to keep me warm. Hee.

Afternoon Ramble

Last week Portugal was out from Euro 2008 contention, followed by Holland, then around 4-ish this morning was Italy, lost via penalty shoot out with Spain. 3 of my teams had been ‘written off’ from the contention. So, Germany will play Turkey and Spain will play Russia this coming Thursday and Friday respectively. I’ve no difference with these 4 team, so I’d love to see Russia playing Turkey in final round. That would be one helluva game.

So headache now. This is what my mom always say, “Saja cari penyakit.”  Heavy headache. I need to take a nap. Arghh, screw my lunch.

When The Lady Is Bossless

I feel that today is the World Most Happiest-est Day. I can do whatever I want. I can sleep under my huge-wide desk, with my pink pillow. I can lunch for 3 hours. I can chat with my clerk till my mouth gets tired. I can BLOG ! (though I’m writing this before office hour starts). Basically, I can do everything. Hip-hip hooray! Hmmm, where to lunch today? Pavillion? KLCC? Maybe I can catch a movie. Hmmm…. interesting. What about my target? I’m hopeless.

When FYE Comes

12 more days before our financial year ends. My KPI. My target. All burst ! Omg… omg. OMFG !!! I will go crazy for the next few days. Pressure… pressure. I’m suffocated ! I need air. More air. I need to run. Like.now.
