Lazy. Simply lazy. There is no word to describe. No superlative. Is there such thing as crème de la crème of laziness? If yes, that would a new quote to describe me.

Gosh ! Give me some force !

It has been long said that if you’re not growing, you’re dying. Whether you have faced it or not, at some point of time, we become stuck in our life. Most of the time, we are willing to stay idle and prefer not to step out of our comfort zone to experience new things the world has to offer.

Well… exactly what is our comfort zone?

As intangible as it can be, it is a powerful force nevertheless. You reckon? By just thinking of stepping closer to the edge of the comfort zone, will always make me feel them sickness in my stomach due to nervousness or the feeling I get whenever I’m highly caffeinated; sweaty and hard-fast heart beating. And that is not even stepping out of it yet. We love complacence, aren’t we? However, most of our ancestors did live complacently in their comfort zone before and here we are now… soundly alive ! It’s down to how much we want to live our life. Different journey, different path, different mission. As for yours truly, I want to seize every moment. I’m seizing……

Few moons back, a dear friend had proved to me that this world is a small world to live after all. Definitely a better place if not the best. I started to believe that great things do come to your life when you less hope for it. Just like my friend. Since that day, I started to REALLY believe that we can actually live our dreams and not just dream it. I believe it before, but now I believe it more, hence the word really. For those who dream to go around the world before you reach 30, 40, 50 or whatever number it is, you can actually do that. Believe it and live it. I know writing is easy and cheap but to really do it, may not be as easy as how I wrote it. There are so many by default hindrances ahead of us; fears and insecurities are among the major ones. There are 50-50 chances that we might fail, but there is always a room for us to learn and take away something out of it. Don’t you think it is worth to try?

OK, try it on a minor scale first. Say… organize a flash mob (but don’t misused it). See how many of you dare to step out of your comfort zone. I’ve done few flash mobs before. Some say the more you do things which are uncomfortable to you, the easier it is for you to do more bold stuff (for good purpose of course) in your life. You think? Well… I think so.

These long holidays made me pondered a lot. Like I’m not thinking a lot when it is not public holiday. Can we actually go crazy from thinking too much? Heh. If thinking a lot can make me fat, I should be super obese by now. THANK GOD they are not related !

I’ve just finished watching few all-time favourite movies from my collection and I found this quote in one of them……

“Intelligence plus character, that is the goal of true education”

by Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

I like the quote. In case you wonder from which movie is that. It’s from Stomp The Yard. Yea, the one where you can watch hot guys with perfectly toned body, doing Step Dance. Coolness and hotness, y’all !

Next, The Last Samurai !

Have a great celebration friends. Come back safely. I miss you all already !

I should not let myself stay alone and doing nothing. I might end up thinking a lot of things, which will make me sad. I should seize every moment, especially now. So yea, I’m seizing………

Spent half of my day today googling information about New Zealand. Now basically I’m overwhelmed with all the information that I want. I’m seizing, remember? Then a good friend text-ed me this afternoon, asking me when she can do BC together with me. How sweet that she wants to do BC together with me. Actually, I do have few friends who did the same thing when they wanted to try BC at the beginning. Heh ! I can be a good instructor and motivator, aye? You think? Nehh, in my dream.

I have few plans in my head now. Nothing to do with my work obviously, but this is something else. Something to do with seizing every moment. I know I’m a good planner, but when it comes to think of how perfect my plan will be, it makes me sad. It breaks my heart. How can I plan something that pokes my heart badly? But can you blame when all I want to do is to live things to the fullest? Maybe I’m just being sensitive. *Sighing*

Just spoke with my dear babe and she told me she is exploring new thing as her new hobby today. Now that is what I called seize the opportunity. Do thing that she loves while she can. I should be doing that, not the one that she is doing, but something that I like and I never have chance to do it. What would that be? Ahah ! Play piano. So that I can play a beautiful song at my friend’s wedding or friend’s farewell. Owh o’… I better stop this idea because I think I’m tearing. :(

This is my next adventure. Been there and I want to be there again !

My next challenge

Beautiful, isn't it?

Provided time permits and won’t clash and every other thing goes smoothly as planned, I’ll be here soon. Is anyone game for the challenge? I have 1 more spot left to fill.

What defines the Law of Attraction? Aeon back, this phrase has a variety of definitions. Some said it is related to physical structure and to how matter develops. A more modern age theory defines it as people’s thoughts (conscious, subconscious and unconscious) dictate the reality of their lives, whether or not they’re aware of it. Say, if you really want something and truly believe it’s possible, you’ll get it. Or it can also be the other way round, say, by putting a lot of attention and thought onto something you don’t want means you’ll probably get that too. Too good to be true, aye? If the phrase does really apply and relevant to all human being, people might not have problems in their life. Or…… prolly they fall into the 2nd category; the one that put more thoughts onto something they don’t want in their life but eventually they got it. Hmmm…… lemme read further on this.

Having said that, let me amuse you with few minor Category 1 cases of the Law of Attraction, happened to yours truly of late.

#1. I was very much contemplated to process 1 application, and looked for every excuse for not doing it. Reason? Because it was troublesome. Then, customer called and said they wanted to postpone their project and don’t need any financial aids now. Yayy ! I actually don’t have to find excuses anymore because I don’t need to process that application. I know they might be a genuine potential customer, but what the heck. Heehee.

#2. I was looking high and low for friend’s email address. Strangely it is not in my address list. Looked here and there and then suddenly, her new email popped in my inbox, while I was still in the process of searching. Scary !

#3. Craved for tostada chips last Monday but was super lazy to drop by KLCC during lunch hour to grab some. Then, BFF dropped by office to pass back my gym clothes. And together with tostada chips!! Super scary. Though it was them left-over but it still counts. Nyek-nyek-nyek.

#4. I told Lena that it would be super nice if we have the picture of 4 of us stepping on the finishing line together during the GE 30k 2009 Run. No friends were there to capture that moment. Guess what? Someone ‘gave’ us this……

us at finishing line

Cool, uh? Thanks again Tey.

I might call them coincidence, but lemme just call it the power of Law of Attraction for now. It is more fun that way. So…… are you amused by my musing? Hahaaa !

OK. So now, let me focus and channel all my energy for this one. With the hope I will get it soon ! Can ar like that?
